•Lead ship concept design projects
•Deliver ship designs, feasibility studies, economic evaluations for MLS customer projects
•Participate in the development of MLS projects and provide ship design input, expert advice, innovative ideas and promote Wärtsilä solutions
•Participate in the development of novel futuristic ship concepts
•Create and present marketing material to promote new ship concepts and advanced solutions
•MSc, Naval Architecture
•Extensive (10-20 years) ship expertise in the concept design stage
•Experience from ship operator/owner business
•Ship designer with an innovative mindset
•Capable of leading the development of new ship concepts
•Professional with ability to work and manage in multicultural matrix environment
•Excellent presentation skills
