Looking for a General Manager, Process Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop best practices, processes, metrics, capabilities and competencies with shipping industry life-cycle perspective
- Participate in developing the MLS with focus on documentation, tools and communication
- Develop effective working routines for MLS team
QUALIFICATIONS
- MSc or BSc, Technical or Commercial
- Business understanding, e.g. ship owner decision making processes, documentation requirements, information flows in-house and with ship owners stakeholders
- Open, communicative, analytic and strategic mindset
- Excellent team player in multinational team
