Technical Superintendent
Reporting to the Fleet Manager you will be responsible for the efficient management of 3 vessels.
Specific tasks include:
Compliance with technical budgets.
Monitor the condition of vessels and ensure that the planned maintenance system is updated.
Guide senior officers team so that the vessels are operated and maintained efficiently and in line with the customers and owners requirements.

You will be supported by relevant fleet teams in the management of technical maintenance, asset management, commercial and marine operations, crewing and HR, safety, scheduled and unscheduled repairs.
A further key element of the role will be to build effective customer relationships with clients and enhance service delivery to them, while continuing to develop the company's profile.
to be selected for the role of Technical Superintendent you will have a background in Technical Ship Management and proven skills of budgeting, maintenance and people management. Seagoing experience as Chief/2nd Engineer is preferred although not essential.
