Responsibilities

• Lead the development and review of Group HSE Strategies & Initiatives, HSE Policies and Standards.
• Lead the formulation of Corporate HSE Annual Budget Plan to support Corporate HSE Strategies & Initiatives.
• Communicate, monitor and track the Strategies & Initiatives implementation against budgetary to meet the objective.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of HSE capability development strategies and plans in MISC to ensure availability of competent HSE personnel.
• Develop institutionalized capability programs (such as HSE Risk Management, Crisis Management & HSE Sustainability) to support MISC core business operations and growth.
• Implementation of HSE Programs Group Wide to measure its effectiveness in meeting targeted objectives.
• Develop a set of LOFA for key businesses.
• Ensuring HSE Governance across the Group.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Masters in Engineering or MBA is an added advantage.
• Minumum 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant management role.
• Experience in policy or strategy development and application is required for this position.
• Experience in Logistics / Oil & Gas industries is an added advantage.
