Position: Country Head Indonesia (Local Candidates from Indonesia Only)
Location: Jakarta
Nationality: Indian Indonesian / Chinese Indonesian

Role: Will be heading the Freight Forwarding & Logistics.

Area of Responsibility: Indonesia

Role:

 

Operations Responsibilities:-

 

Position carries responsibilities of

1.       Controlling and sustaining current business

2.       Revenue generation.

3.       Profitability

4.       To meet annual budget

5.       Setting up Business operations at strategic locations in Indonesia

6.       Building market share in Sea freight, Air Freight, Inter Island Movement, Mining Projects, Local  logistics.

7.       Building sales team

8.       Developing key accounts

9.       Timely payment realization

10.   Setting up and developing channel partners

11.   Optimization of operation cost

12.   Preparing and executing Strategy for developing Market share and profitability.

13.   Managing and motivating team

14.   Assist  in  the  development  of  policies  and  systems  through  customers,  associations and/or community interactions.

15.   Analysis of operating statements, business mix, margins and customer retention.

 

Administrative Responsibilities

 

1.       To meet Annual Budget

2.       Analysis of operating statements, business mix, margins and customer retention.

9.       Well versed with shipping norms and International trade

10.   Industry contacts with various lines, agents, vessel owners etc.

11.   Well versed with local logistics and logistics work environment in various islands.

 

Experience:

 

10-12 years of work experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry, should be working in both self / team generated outbound and inbound business.
